Plow
You guys remember Sean Henn? He was supposedly a good prospect, when is he coming up? no he wasn't supposed to be. Hughes is widely considered by many scouts to eventually be a 1 or 2 starter in the majors.
TheShocker
You guys remember Sean Henn? He was supposedly a good prospect, when is he coming up? he had come up two or three times in the last two years and has gotten shelled everytime i think. i have heard that he has improved but not much else beyond that. hughes is definitely projected higher than him. superspynyg
Hughs will be in the 07 rotation. Look for him to make a few Sept starts for us and next season be in the mix! then we have 2 young pitchers in the starting rotation!
gateb
You guys need a spark in your rotation. It may be a big risk but it could garner huge rewards. I'm not saying I would bring him up soon but I wouldn't rule it out either...
Plow
WOW ANOTHER GOOD OUTING 5 IP 1 walk 1 infield hit this is liek 3 starts in a row whwere he's allowed just 1 hit. His ERA is down to like 2.
Ditto
I'd like to see Hughes come up this year, and it is possible. I mean, how bad can he be? Right now, four of our starters are pitching well, but that's against the weaker NL lineups. If he can hold the opposition to 4 runs a game, we could use him down the stretch. Just don't wait too long.
