Mr. P
you think the eagles will score that much? It will be a freak thing, like a fumble return or something.
Sephiroth
Just like this past game, this game against the Eagles will be no walk in the park. Philly has a LOT to feel good about heading into this game. They completely dismantled the Saints this week, and played really well in the second half. The offense and defense both were dominant, and Felcher Cox (or Cox, Felcher, if you prefer), is playing out of his mind right now. This team is desperate, but they finally see a sliver of light and are going to do everything they can to save their season. Keep in mind the Giants have one more win than the Eagles. ONE. And despite the Giants' victories, it's not like they've looked dominant in a single game this season. On the other hand, if the Giants do win, it's pretty much over for Philly with games on deck against the Panthers and Cowboys. They lose the next three and the wheels are officially off that team. The second half of their schedule is creampuff soft but I don't think they'll recover from the brutal Philly media lambasting them should they go 2-5. We can put the stake in the heart of this team and possibly of Chip Kelly's career with a win... and these are the games that the Giants usually end up losing. Fletcher Cox won the NFC Defensive Player of the Week award. He truly is a game-changing defensive force. This game is going to be a tough one, and the Giants probably need to keep the Eagles at 21 points and below.
Iceman_NYG
We need to ensure Bradfuck makes costly mistakes early and then KEEP him that way unlike how the Saints let him gain some confidence. And no way....NO FUCKING WAY....should Murray be able to make a difference in this game. He should be shut out. Its games like this that Darren Sproles scares me. He is built for taking advantage of that bend-don't-break defense we usually throw up in the second half/last quarter. The offense has to constantly click throughout the games. No back to back 3 and outs giving the Eagles momentum. Hope ODB and Harris are ready. Vereen is going to play a big role I feel in this one.
