"Hey... we drafted a guy so that we can 'turn our 4th into a 1st...' but fuck it, let's re-sign a guy who we know sucks and then play him if our starter goes down." Aside from that though, I can't really complain about anything. Because he has experience and turned out to be slightly better than David Carr. Of course we could just start the fourth round rookie behind our starter, that usually works out well. I mean shit look how well Eli did his first season.
