You know it's going to happen though. Pick 15-20th in the draft. Take some DE who only has a year of experience, only to have him have one break out season and then do nothing else. But they finished 8-8 and missed the playoffs Well the Titans were in a division with the Peyton Manning Colts. We are in a division with four equally bad teams.
