gateb
When he gets it going this team will be scoring 6 runs a game... I dont care what Glavine does, he is still a fucking Brave if you ask me, and he is too old for us to be depending on come September... I see plenty of pitchers that throw much harder and many more innings then Glavine around his age pitching brilliantly in September and October. gateb
He just turned 40 how many starting pitchers are over 40? Clemens for one. Johnson pitched very well at 39 when he was with the D'backs throughout the whole season, pitching a lot of innings. Maddux has looked pretty damn good lately. Smotlz. The list goes on and on. I think you have finished the list, and all of those pitchers had measurable decline's last season come Sept if they were healthy enough to play
xxi-xxv
Tom Glavine is not a power pitcher, 200 IP are never a problem, I worry less about him at 40 breaking down than Pedro at 34.
xxi-xxv
You know, something that has been bothering me? I wonder if the Mets can count Beltran as a membe ofthe paid attendance in the bleachers since he plays so fucking deep he may as well be in the stands?
