BleedinBlue
Is Beatty out or something? I don't recall seeing him, but he was not on the list of players that were sitting out so I'm sure he was playing. For offensive linemen, no news means you are doing your job. You only make the news for dumb penalties or letting the QB get his head taken off because of a missed assignment.

UK-Giantsfan
surely ( on the evidence of last night ) DD is totally finished in the NFL as a RT ...........time to start Pugh now ! ? ( keep DD as a backup Guard or something ......but he aint got much left IMO )
Treehugger
If Baas is out for a while, they could move Boothe to C, Diehl to LG and put Pugh in at RT.

( keep DD as a backup Guard or something ......but he aint got much left IMO ) Diehl is better at guard than tackle... he did take a pay cut to stay... and I trust this is his last year... He's a true team player which is why I'm reluctant to throw him under the bus.

Ill have to watch the game again but I didn't think that Cordle did to bad at Center either.

Sephiroth
Was Cordle the dude who heaved it over Nassib's head last week for a Steelers TD? I'm pretty sure that was McCants, who has never shown a shred of awareness or talent, yet is somehow still on the roster.
Treehugger
It was Cordle (63) at C who had the terrible snaps in the first game. McCants blows as well. Cordle did better this game, but it let the DT go straight past him on the first snap. The back-up OLine generally seems okay at run blocking but dicey in pass protection.
