JMFP
I don't care if the dude is 31.....everytime I've seen him play, he just brings it. This dude has instinct.....134 tackles last season on a mediocre Miami team. Come on.
Bigblue25
I agree not really sure what the Dolphins did, they signed free agents at positions they didn't need and downgraded from Dansby to Ellerbe and Burnett to Wheeler
NightFire
Hey, we have a mediocre LB group and that's all the Giants need. Connor is SB. Also according to Google Ryan Tannehill is a girl.

TrashTalker92
I always though this guy was top LB when he was at Arz then chase the cash and went to Miami. Hope he comes a year for a min salary.
KiLLaKyLe
I would love to have him, but at the right price. He'd be a perfect stop-gap for a future MLB. I just am not sure if they will go after him after they signed Connor.
Sephiroth
I'd like to see him here too, but as others have said, I'm not sure we're still shopping.

Balloonknot
The tackle stat is one of the most pointless stats out. It depends. I want to see my Linebackers accumalting a lot of tackles. It means they are doing there job. Now how well depends on where on the field these tackles are made but atleast they are making them. The position where I don't like to see a lot of tackles is on the DB's. To me that means they are not defending the pass as well as they could and only tackling they guy after they caught the ball that they were supposed to prevent. Gman329
Usually, the guys among the league leaders in tackles are decent LBs on bad defenses and/or bad offenses - they're on the field all day! I learned this years back, when I was in a fantasy league that gave points for tackles. Sam Mills and Jesse Tuggle were Tackle Gods!

Allstarjim
The tackle stat isn't totally useless. As said, a linebacker that gets a whole lot of tackles is usually a very good linebacker. It means you are around the ball a lot, beating others to the ball carrier, and it usually means you also have some pretty good range, block-shedding ability, and are a sure-tackler. If you're talking about a guy who gets you 60-70 tackles a year, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad linebacker, but you also wonder how many tackles he's leaving on the field. BlueInCanada
Singletary was like 260 Every site out there, including the NFL HoF have him tagged at 230, some sites even have him listed at 225.
Nas
Connor is 6 ft 2. 230. He is awfully small for a MLB Eh, 230 is very adequate for MLB. a lot of it has to do with technique.

Nas
ok, we'll see how that guy does when plowd by a 330 pound Offensive Lineman.......... He'll do fine... the laws of physics says a 230 LB is much faster than a 330 OL.. chances they'll collide at the line of scrimmage... the play will go for no gain... may even cause a butt fumble lol

Bigblue25
Singletary was 230, what LB plays at 260. When Connor did start, he graded out has one of the best run stuffing lb's in the NFL.
