MikeGL
Outside of Harbuagh, Alex hasn't proven much. Really think this is a mini step forward for the Chiefs. Lot of people are overrating this move as interesting. Don't see it.

Allstarjim
I just don't understand the Chiefs. To their credit, there is no QB in the draft this year worth the #1 pick. And they definitely needed to move forward from Cassel, which was one of the worst free agent deals I can remember, and it was obvious at the time. But I wouldn't do a long term, big money deal with Smith, either. He's better than Cassel, and he's worth it to them for the 2nd rounder, so it's not a terrible move. Maybe Smith plays really well for them, but I don't think you're getting a guy who is going to play at an elite level and win you a Super Bowl. That team has to find themselves an Andrew Luck one of these years. Their fans deserve it after all the lousy QBs they've had to put up with over the years. NightFire
The 49ers could be building a dynasty. 15 draft picks this year after making the SB. Fucking ridiculous.
K3VIN
I like Alex a lot. He is a Smart QB. Make good decisions. Jim was the first guy to really believe in him and put trust in him. The guy seems to be learning a new offence every year. He may not have over the top numbers but i would put him in the Top 15 Qbs
JMFP
I think the 49ers would have beaten the Ravens with Alex Smith at QB. Just my opinion.
