Now, he's chosen where he will sign: right back where he was last season. The Giants have agreed to terms with Carr, Eli Manning's backup in 2008-09 and again last season, according to someone informed of the progress of negotiations between the sides. The person requested anonymity because the deal hasn't been signed and announced yet. Terms were not immediately available.
