xxi-xxv
52, 54, 55, 59 should all be available. Assuming that Short reclaims his #53 and Torbor changes numbers or vice versa, what number you think that LaVar will wear? I guess there is a possility for a number in the 90's to be worn(95?), but my guess is that Lavar takes #55. Sorry I am bored
gateb
I'm more worried about the contract number at this point. 54 belongs to Short I believe. So I think it's either 55 or 52 for him if/when we sign him. Leaning towards #55 also.

gateb
that could change if Lavar wants 54. Short would definitely give it to him seeing that they are buddies but I don't think he would want that number that desperately.

I don't think LB's can have a number in that range. They need to stay between 50-59 and 90-99 I thought.
lemmiwinks
Well Feagles wears 18 so LA will give him two donkeys and 20 acres of farmland for # 18 Instead, the Giants put together a deal that is heavily incentive-laden, allowing Arrington to get paid like a superstar only if he performs like one. That protects the Giants in case Arrington's right knee is not sound or if his best days are behind him.

Frank_Grimes
Really? Would you happen to know any or anything cause i think that's rediculous. Such Discrimination It was a rule passed in the 60's/70's to help officials know who was who. QB/K/P get 1-19 WR/TE 10-19 and 80-89 RB/DB 20-49 LB 50-59 90-99 Lineman 60-79. Thats just off the top of my head. the only exception I can think of is Olin Kruetz the center for the Bears is 57.
