Guest StrahansGap
I know it's too early to talk Super Bowl, but how great would it be is the Giants played the Jets in this year's Super Bowl? Think about it. Two New York teams playing for a championship in Texas at his trillion dollar stadium. Classic. Would love to see his stupid, plastic face. Exit 117
Third year in a row fans and media are getting excited for it. ARGH. Hasn't bode well for either of us.

Treehugger
The guy's such an attention whore. Which other owner in the league would be doing the lead-in to the Monday night game? He's made himself the face of his own franchise.

Treehugger
Al Davis would if he wasn't in a 1/2 coma I'd imagine it would turn out more like those Governor Patterson sketches on SNL. Al Davis is nothing compared to JJ when it comes to media whoring though.
fishgutmartyr
Al Davis would if he wasn't in a 1/2 coma Al Davis, in his time, was a far greater football mind than Jones imagines himself to be. It's just not his time anymore.
BlueInCanada
The thing about Jones is he bought the Cowboys in what was it 89? then four years later they win the SB in 1993. He got a taste of what a SB win is like and he let it go to his head a perfect example is when he said "any coach could of won the SB with the talent he drafted and signed" to the team or the fact he fired the legendary coach of Landry. Ever since 93 he's been trying to do what ever to make it back and in trying he has made some of the most bone headed decisions in recent decades of running a football team, thinking he was some football guru who's decisions were going to bring them SB wins for years to come. I know we joke about the decisions of Al Davis in recent years but the fact remains the guy knew football back when the Raiders went on to win their two SB titles, Jones has just let the one SB win go to his head and make him think he's the next best thing in football. JackStroud
I dont actually go to the games so the dull stadium does not bother me much all the boneheaded turnovers and poor special teams play is starting to irritate me though
