Lughead
here is some ones reply to the rankings February 5, 2008 5:39 pm Here is what will happen next year..... PLAYOFF SEEDS AFC 1. New England- They'll be back 2. Indianapolis- Jags aren't there just yet. 3. San Diego- All depends on Rivers progressing to the "winner" level 4. Pittsburgh- I know, I know the same top 4, but its hard to argue. 5. Jacksonville- OK top 5 are the same but the Jags are really good. 6. Cleveland- As long as Anderson continues to find Winslow, and Edwards, they'll make it. Just missed... Denver, Houston, Cincinatti. NFC 1. Dallas- Edge out NYG for division win. 2. New Orleans- If they get a solid CB in the draft or FA they'll be a big threat. 3. Seattle- Assuming they get a good RB in the draft Seattle has a shot at the SB. 4. Minnesota- IF they can get a real QB instead of Tavaris Jackson. 5. Giants- May come out of the gate sluggish again because of let down. 6. Green Bay- Will win division if Minny sticks with Tavaris. Just Missed... Philly, Washington, Carolina, Detroit, St.Louis/Arizona. AFC WILDCARD San Diego over Cleveland Jacksonville over Pittsburgh... again NFC WILDCARD Seattle over Green Bay Giants over Minnesota AFC DIVISIONAL New England over Jacksonville... a heartbreaker in OT for the Jags Indy over San Diego... big. NFC Divisional Giants over Dallas... bye bye Wade, and bye bye T.O.. New Orleans over Seattle... an OT thriller AFC CHAMPIONSHIP Indianapolis over New England... all hell breaks loose in Pat-town USA. NFC CHAMPIONSHIP New Orleans over Giants... close game, but Brees takes over in 2nd half. : <_> SUPER BOWL XLIII INDIANAPOLIS 30 NEW ORLEANS 27 MVP: Peyton Manning..... No Manning vs. Manning, but Manning vs. Brees turns out to be a classic.
gateb
Talk about filling space. Already predicting this stuff. I think Carolina has a better shot at coming back then NO.

Virginia Giant
Dude, who's this retard? Seattle needs a RB?? Saints just need a CB?? Puhlease. I'm not so sure Seattle doesn't need a runingback. Shaun seems to have lost it, and I doubt Morris calms anyones fears.

I think Alexander still has some gas, I think its been a couple frustrating years recently, but he can run. Dont they have someone else that was doing real good? Exit 117
Shaun Alexander sucks. Can't break tackles for shit. Aging. Just completely underwhelming. Will only continue to regress.
Dragon
Shaun Alexander sucks. Can't break tackles for shit. Aging. Just completely underwhelming. Will only continue to regress. Would you say that he was a product of Seattle's oline? I can't really say that it's a coincidence that as soon as Hutchinson left Alexander's productivity went south. BIGBLUE01
Maurice Morris and Josh Scobey are two good young backs. And Alexander is definatley towards the end of his career, but his last 2 years have been injury plagued. Due to his age im sure, but he's still a good runner. If he plays a full year next year, he should be effective. And Morris is better than some think.
