In his first start of the season vs. the Braves, Perez gave up one run on five hits over 7 IP while striking out six and walking none. He is 1-1 with a 4.60 ERA in five career starts vs. the Phillies. In his last start vs. the Phillies on August 26th of last season, Perez allowed five runs, two hits and five walks while striking out seven in five innings as part of a no-decision. RHP Adam Eaton (0-1, 13.50 ERA) pitches for the Phillies. In his first start of the season vs. the Braves, Eaton allowed eight runs, seven earned, on seven hits over 4.2 IP along with four walks and one HR allowed.
