So he went around and tried to see what he was worth...I dont think he was too happy with what he found out. I dont really care about all that crap, I would just like to see him on the field for the Gmen. Maybe they actually do split his time this year and try to keep him healthy. Another season ending injury and he will be able to find out his market value, because I think the Giants will cut his ass.

It always takes those big honkey's on the O-line a little longer to get into playing shape. If they are still getting blown off the line by the end of next week there might be something to worry about.

Strahan made his deal and should live with it now. They front loaded his last contract so that we could have some cap room now. The plan is working and big ol Michael Strahan wants to get another payday? HEY MIKE, your old and injury plagued we are not going to give you MORE money. I hope he comes back an can stay healthy for the entire season, but if he doesnt the Gmen need to be ready. The best thing he could do for the team is make a decision immediately.

How long does he have on his contract? I really thought we were OK at 2nd with Rubin..... but when you get Castillo for a pair of mediocre Class A players, how can you pass that up.

Watching the Pirates makes me sad..... they are a casulty of no Salary Cap. The owners make enough money off of the luxury Tax paid by the big clubs that it does not make a difference if they play winning ball or not. They built a nice new Stadium with some money from the city, pay a little as possible for players before the real teams give them their second contracts. The owners keep making money even if 3000 show up for the games. My Uncle was a HUGE Pirate fan, and even he hardly follows them anymore.
