My favorite was Halloween 1999. I was at the game in Philly when Strahan intercepted a pass in OT for the game winning TD. Our seats were about 20 rows up in the endzone he scored in. The stadium went dead quiet except for me and my drunken buddies How we did not get our asses kicked that day at the vet I do not know.

What D... we have not even seen them practice yet, let alone play a preseason game or what the D will really look like when the regular season starts.

That is pretty tight right there... I think that first Dallas game is going to be tough. Either they will have lost the week before looking past the Lions or they come in to that Dallas game too confident and shit their pants. Then you get the bye... and a good opportunity to over look the seahawks with another Dallas game right on the horizon.

So are they playing in the national little league stadium? Is someones papi using his handycam to record this game? I am getting sea sick trying to watch

No way this summer... maybe next summer. Although recovery is a different animal now. One of the guys I coach my son's baseball team with was in an accident at work. He was standing next to a dump truck when a tire blew out.. it tossed him and broke both of his legs. They almost had to amputate the one leg (That one broke in two places) they had to insert steel rods, but never put him in a cast . He spent 3 weeks in the hospital/rehab. Guess who shows up at the 4th game in a wheel chair... and stands up to see his kid hit. The same guy that shows up the next week with a walker and sits on the bleachers... and the same guy who only 8 weeks after having both legs broken was walking around leaving his cane in the car.

Chad could probably tell you... looks like he got a close look at it.

That is true... Thomas did have a pretty good season last year. I think it is going to be a pretty close battle in camp and I would bet they end up splitting time depending on match ups... then we have to pray the two of them and Webster stay healthy.

He did 3 innings I think...

If he is healthy he will be number 2....

Aaron Ross should not be returning kicks.. not even in practice. Last thing we need to do is loose him to some BS hamstring injury again.

He was not all that bad... tried doing a little play by play. Threw in some old school references like Can of Corn.. he even did a little impersonation of Keith Hernandez at the start.

Sounds more like an ESPN thing then a SNY thing to do. I know Seinfeld is a Mets fan and very funny, but I like to hear Ron Darling breaking down the pitcher especially after they have went through the line up one time.

I thought McKenzie has been a solid player... not a world beater but he rarely got penalties and never was really toasted

What lost the weekend series against the Yanks... the offense went quiet. I did not get to watch much of Saturday's game but reading the box score all the offense came off of two Reyes HR's. Then yesterday fine Santana did not have his best game but really the only runs were from a grand slam that in CitiField would have been a pop up. But even if that ball did not leave the field you are not going to win many games when you score 0 runs.
