Trying to stay sober for kickoff... Coached two games today... My little guys won 26-0 against what we though was going to be a good team from scouting.... (Yes we scout 8 year old football) My oldests team lost 20-0 against a really good freehold team. Did not help our top qb was puking his face off before weigh ins and had to miss the game.

He also seems to be all over the radio and TV. Does any spot open to him, actually on ESPN radio yesterday he co-hosted a show and did some interviews with Giants players and took fan calls. He did sign a football for my youngest son.. who refers to him now as Steve since they met. LOL

You dont think some team would take a chance to steal him here? He has lots of physical talents and potential... i could imagine the Jets taking him as their 6th QB! LOL

They drafted him in the 4th round to develop him into a back-up QB. I would be shocked if that changes. I would think Eli and Nassib are locks the question is Carr vs Painter... or neither. I would bet on Carr

Kuhn is still on the PUP? He was doing a bunch of drills when I was at training camp last week, seemed more then JPP was... I am not sure how PUP effects the number of players on the roster. Do they count against it or not? If they do not count against it why take him off now unless he is really going to be ready to play week one?

I think him going to the Eagles left a bad taste in the mouth of Giants management... Plus the fucker cant get healthy, let alone stay healthy. Rosters still need to be further cut before the season, I am sure there will be a serviceable safety to come available. One who might actually stay on the field for a couple weeks in a row... and practice too..

I do not see the issue. Carr knows the offense inside and out, can step in and possibly win a game or two if Eli gets banged up, while working with Nassib this season. I would not be shocked to see Carr ending up as a coach when he decides that playing is not part of his plan. Drafting Nassib I think guaranteed us 3 QB's this year and maybe even next. Watching them at training camp you can see no one there is in Eli's league he is pretty amazing to watch. Hopefully he is behind center for years to come too, but you never know what happens in the NFL to a QB. I think investing in the next three years at QB is worth a roster spot
