  1. LOL!!!! Stop living in the past!!! Although the 9:30 start time was not horrible... I had gotten to the gym already and by kickoff I was eating my breakfast with a bloody mary.
  2. Ummmm... I do not see a London game on our schedule. Opening week of football and Thanksgiving night... two games I am guaranteed to be drunk well before kick-off.
  3. http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/giants-coach-ben-mcadoo-can-see-geno-smith-being-eli-mannings-successor-032917 He had to say that just to be nice... right??? if Geno is our future, I'm going to head out and by myself a length of rope and up the life insurance.
  4. I am really not sure who would be a worse fit then Geno for the Giants as a backup. He is not exactly known for his decision making abilities or pocket presence. Plus I would LOVE to see him end up on the Jets again this year... keep that train wreck going
  5. I keep seeing things talking about this... and so long as he comes at the right price i think it would be fantastic. It is not like MacAttack is going to change the offense to where they are running the ball 30 times a game so if he gets 10-15 carries a game and a couple passes out of the back field he could end up being a real difference maker this season.
  6. QB's don't work like that anymore in the NFL... where they come in and are groomed into quality starters. The year that Eli retires everyone will miss the fuck out of him as we find ourselves lucky to see 3 wins... and then hope to land a stud QB in the draft. What this team really needs is some sort of veteran leadership to take the young and talented WR corps and give them a model to follow and how to act. I do not know who that player is, but someone who can teach the team it is not about fancy sneakers, celebrity, or highlight film bullshit. A quality LT would do a world of good too.
  7. Yes, if Eli can not turn the ball over in the first 3 qtrs and the offense put up some points.... and the defense keep the Pack bellow 20 points I am confident that Eli will prevail in the end. The thing that scares me most is Gould... I can see that fuck face missing a short FG or a PAT and it killing us. Should have never lost that bitch slapper
  8. Pretty sure even with hindsight that Apple still would have been the pick, and I would still be happy with it.
  9. I got a push alert yesterday saying that Eli has as many playoff wins in Green Bay as Rodgers does.... Lets see Eli pull ahead this Sunday afternoon
  10. Eli is the best The rest of the quote is gold "As a team we always pride ourselves on being well prepared," Manning started. "So when I saw the photos I was a little disappointed just because obviously they didn't pack accordingly. They didn't have any shirts. All long pants, no shorts, no flip flops or anything. So just a little disappointed in their packing."
  11. This guy really likes himself too much....
  12. The pick dropping is bullshit. They should apeal like the patriots would
  13. Whatever metric the NFL is using has Snacks top rated defensive lineman http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?conference=null&statisticCategory=&statisticPositionCategory=DEFENSIVE_LINEMAN&offensiveStatisticCategory=null&defensiveStatisticCategory=null&season=2016&seasonType=REG&experience=&tabSeq=1&role=
  14. That is the bullshit of Thursday night football... if this was a Sunday game, there would be more confidence that he is up to game condition. Almost want to just say sit him and let the defense at the Eagles as is to make sure we have him for that Redskins game and playoffs
  15. I am still hessitant to call him a bust... but he was fucking horrible last night. Maybe the moving him to the Right side will make a difference, or inside, but someone needs to be able to block better than that
  16. I was thinking the same thing when Eli was on the Mike Fransesa show last night (Only time is listen is on Mondays to hear Eli) the topic of offensive struggles came up and it kinda sounded like Eli was doing some sidestepping and all that popped into my head is that they played a winless team this past week where at no point were they really in trouble and Big Balls Ben was not going to show off anything new from the playbook. Pretty much the same thing the week before with Chicago too. Save some new looks for Pittsburgh this week and more importantly Dallas the next.
  17. It is the inconstancy that really makes it frustrating. The PI called on Apple was almost the same exact play that did not get called when it happened to Odell.
