I still hate this new format... If this were happening on a Friday night I would have a bunch of buddies over for drinks and grub watching the draft. But on a Thursday? I'll go to the gym, get home eat dinner and have a drink as the kids complain that I am watching the draft and they can't play fortnite.

They will... they did not even look bad last night. Wheeler was giving up hits but he was not getting rocked. I do not know why the Mets can not seem to find a catcher who can throw guys out though.

Well the previous coaching and GM did have a plan to replace Eli, and that was Webb, probably one year from now. So if you draft a QB at #2 you are just replacing the future QB in most likely the same time frame. What you cannot have happen is that Webb out competes the kid you draft this year, so there is no way they let that happen.

That was one shitty fucking inning... no one could find the strike zone. I did agree with DeGrom coming out at that point though, he was over 100 pitches gave up two hits... I do not like Lugo coming in for one batter, but a ground ball ends the inning. I hope Wheeler comes out tonight and gives close to what he did in his last start... 1 run over 7 innings...

It sounds like a very complicated set of trades there.... The Bills have the 12th pick, so I imagine that they are giving that and at least next year's first round pick to the Browns to move into the top spot. What are the Browns going to give to move from 4 to 2? Their first round pick next year? The 12th Pick to the Giants? I wish this fucking Draft would just get here already

There were 10 QB's drafted last year... 4 before Webb. Not sure what that has to do with much, fact is he is a 3rd round pick who was not expected to see the field last season.... that is what happened. The only people who have seen anything from him are the coaches and teammates.
