We were on the 3 and the 5 I think. I'd rather Barber in at that point then Jacobs. Better picking up the blitz, better out of the backfield, and more elusive then Jacobs. During crunch time, you put the ball in your best players hands. -

I don't think it's that Coughlin has lost the team, I think it's just that he's poorly coached. If bringing Coughlin back meant us getting Cowher in 08, then I'll happily do that. But we just don't know at this point.

Me too. This weekend wasn't a total loss. The Cowboys lost in the best way imaginable and the Jets got beat down.

I don't think Jacobs would've gotten the 1st down that Tiki got. I think TC knew that the Eagles are built to stop a guy like Jacobs, and a slippery guy like Tiki had a better shot. For once, he was right. But the Lorenzen thing is bullshit. What a waste of a timeout. -
And I just want Lewis fired. He is the shittiest DC I've ever seen. I do want Coughlin fired, but Lewis HAS to go.

It's because he knew his defense would blow it anyway. I don't want him to get to up after a play. Because he knew the only way we'd win is if he does it again. So he wants to remain focused.

What's he saying? I can't fault Eli for this game. Anyone else realize that NO ONE gets open? He never gets helped. That 2nd and 30 play was sick and then he made a nice hot read on third and 12. That was a great drive by him.
