Even when Plax missed a game, we played poorly. Against the Texans, one of the worst defenses in the NFL, Eli had a very mediocre game. If either Amani or Plax goes down, Eli's production is hurt. That's why we need another reliable target.

I like Cutliffe, Eli's former head coach at Ole Miss. And I also wouldn't mind Jason Garrett. He understands the game well and was with the organization a few years back. I think those two are our top 2 choices. Another wild card may be alex van pelt, according to yesterdays star ledger.

Not really. Eli has made some of his best throws on deep passes. He made an awesome throw to Moss on 2nd down where Moss was getting mugged and it wasnt a PI call. Eli just never gets helped out by his targets, that's why you never see his deep passes on sportscenter.

Good. We need to stretch the defense. The reason for our WRs not getting open was not only lack of talent, but no one was getting open. And our offense does have some deep threats and I think Eli does have an exception long pass arm.

I would take Turner for a realistic deal and not giving up a draft pick. 5 years 25 mill would work for me.

We signed Jorge Sosa about a week ago. Maybe we'll get a fluke 13-3 season out of him like he had 2 years ago.
