The whole sulking thing and deer in the headlights look is overrated. I noticed it during the playoff game. Eli threw that pick, and Aikman commented on that look he had. Then, he has an awesome drive and ties the game in the 4th, and he has that same look on.

Because he's white. Ironically enough, I was keeping track of Poz since his junior year.. and I never do that with any player. When I heard he was coming back, I thought no way he would fall to our eventual slot. But the prospect of him falling makes me excited.

Give up a 5th rounder for him and worst case scenario will be that he'll be a decent stop gap for a few games or months.

I don't mind Joe. If he just stops dissecting every single play maybe he'd be more tolerable... and actually enjoyable.
