You literally quoted an e-mail my dad sent me. It was almost like the Bears game, where we couldn't go into halftime content and we had to call a timeout on third and 21, and essentially gave them seven.

Gilbride's idiocy that I heard about heading into the year was magnified today. All he did was sent Plax on fly patterns and post patterns. That's the reason for the no show.

I still believe we lost to the better team. What we really lack if a big time playmaker on offense. Besides Plax's opening night game and long Atlanta touchdown, he hasn't been a factor on deep plays. Someone we can stretch the field with. I'd love Moss to be that guy, but he wont cut it.

The sad thing is you're probably right. And the Giants always let down at home in big games.

I had us losing 31-21 today for the record We'll end up 10-6, this team is good enough for that. Maybe we can get lucky in the playoffs, who knows.

We are what we are... a B team. The Pack and Boys are A teams. A teams usually make B teams look bad. If we play them in the playoffs, so be it. Maybe we'd get lucky. The Cowboys have us beat by 4-5 plays a game. We couldn't stretch the field, we didn't have the big play. They did. And better blocking. If we played them again, we'll probably lose again. But you never know.

I kind of disagree, Eli and the team have to get to the line quicker and call the snap. We're in the huddle moping around and break with 15 seconds left. And Eli always makes his judgments at the line and that takes up time. Maybe this is the reasoning we need to start going into a no huddle.

Plax was limping noticably in the 4th. His ankle is really hampering him. Eli's struggles can be attributed to our lack of a deep threat. When Plax gets clamped down, no one on our offense truly scares the Cowboys into moving deep in coverage. Good but not great, you guys are gonna have to deal with that Eli.

It's time Eli loses the label of potential to be special and is replaced with a decent QB. Because he is one. He does too many dumb things, makes some errant passes, but makes a lot of good throws and some nice reads. All the makings of a decent QB. I'm dissappointed with what his career has come to be, but I've learned to accept it. You guys will be bothered after his performance every week if you continue to expect #1 play from him. Because you won't get it.

Dallas is a very good team, and we are among the B teams. I don't feel that much different about our team after htis game.

I like the mentality I have right now. Every win we get from here on out, I'll be surprised. Makes the lows acceptable, and makes the highs that much sweeter. Being optimistic is the worst thing IMO

I definitely would agree with you if Eli hasn't looked back since that point. I actually agree that Eli's big moment comes this Sunday. But in the unfair world, it has to come with a win. I'll take his game from last year against the Boys.

It is good timing that the Pats vs. Colts game came during a bye. I'd be pretty mad if we had a home game during the game or before or after so I'd miss some of it.

Barber runs very hard. You see his run against the Patriots? How about against the Vikings? I saw him take a complete pounding against the Bears but still play very well. I just wonder if he could play 16 games that way, that's all. He's a lot more physical then some people think.

People say that Jacobs will wear down with his physical running style. Barber runs 5 times as hard, how come that issue is never brought up?

I don't think it's that RW fair catches much, it's just that it looks like he's playing DDR after he starts running with the ball.

It'll be interesting to see how Torre will do now that he has to actually manage games.
