I thought he had a double in his second AB? From what I heard on WFAN, he actually looked a lot better this spring training then last.

Does this eliminate any chance of having a cap next season?

Steve Summers on WFAN was talking about today how if there is a Zito deal, it may be a given that Lastings is a part of it. And I don't want that to happen.

We should be getting a third rounder from Tyree and a sixth rounder from Shiancoe based on their performance. But I guess it is based on where they were drafted. If I were another of the 31 teams in the NFL, I'd give up a 6th rounder for Tyree.

Rangers don't exactly suck. They got much better when he came over there, just not good enough to get to the playoffs. Last year was a bit of a disappointment but I wouldn't be surprised if they came back this season.

I agree, I don't see why everybody hates on him so much. He may be the highest paid player on our team this season but compared to other LTs in the league, he isn't being paid that much.

It's a shame Sorianos with the Nats though. His talent is going to be wasted in that pitiful hitters ballpark. So if I were a fantasy drafter, I'd stay away from Soriano.

Maybe Zambrano but I don't know about Trachsel. When he did get a chance coming off a back surgery, he did very good coming back. And we should get enough run support for both of them.

If we don't get La Roi, then we should just re-sign Clancy and then have five capable DTs in Robbins, Joseph, Duckett, Allen, and Clancy.

A division title and multiple comebacks along with leading the NFC in TD passes seems good to me.

How about show some support for Eli instead of walking off the field in the opposite direction of Eli?

If we can get La Roi Glover I can't see why not we shouldn't get him. He could make this line dominant with our two amazing pass rushers at the ends and Joseph being a first round pick starting to turn it on.

I don't want to trade for Soriano. We don't need the extra money to spend like that and we have a bright future IMO in Hernandez.

Especially when things for the most part are looking very bright there. Snee's only going to get better, Diehl has finally found a position where he can stay at more then one year, McKenzie should get better, O'Hara's a quality center, no need to let him go, and Luke is still a very good tackle. I think in the 2007 draft maybe we should look for a long-term LT, not this year.
