I'm more relieved then pleased with this one. I seriously thought a team was on the verge of trading for him. With him locked up and us signing other guys, we should have some of the best ST coverage in the league. btw, who keeps track of special team player contracts?

No. Our stats may not look as good due to the adding of offensive talent for other teams in the East but we will be better. Third year in Lewis' system. At full health. Everything is together and the guys know what to expect out of each other. I like what we've got on our defense but I feel that we still should sign Lavar.

We're certainly on the same page here Fab 4. For a fourth rounder, Walker is a steal. I'm just worried that he would want to be the #1 WR and get a lot of balls thrown at him and cause a bit of controversy between him and Plax. And I like Huff a lot but... I don't think he can run an offense properly if we signed Keyshawn or traded for Walker with all those multiple weapons on the offense. It'd almost be too much.

I don't think any team in their right mind would give Lavar the numbers that Seattle gave Peterson.

On a side note, I hope these talks whip Burress' ass back into shape and realize that we aren't content with only him and make him realize that we are looking for other options.
