During the season, I liked our gameplan. It obviously worked looking at how many points we scored and how much success we had from certain players along with the strides we made confidence wise. However, the playoff game was terrible playcalling and gameplanning. I recall saying during the week that we should be THROWING on first down. Obviously, they will be looking for Tiki to get the ball the first couple of plays on each drive knowing how good he's played and how mediocre Eli had played. And these weren't the Raiders and Chiefs either. I think if we came out throwing, we would've had more success offensively and make the game more competitive. Not win it, but look at least better and maybe make it more exciting. But, we can't change the gameplan just because of that game. With Eli expected to break out this year, I think we should run the same type of system and the gameplans going into games should be similar. So no major changes are necessary.

This better be a smokescreen or something like that because showing interest in this guy when we have other players and positions we need to fill up or increase depth at makes this look ridiculous. Wait until after the draft for this guy, he'll still be there.

October and April seem to have something in common the past couple of years. Don't worry, it only takes a couple of games for you to actually act like a 220 million dollar team.

Pretty easy inning for Chacon.

I'm at five now. I'm five for five so far. Unfortunately, I found out about this right after the Indians Sox game started so I couldn't pick in that one. So I'm one behind the leader. 35 game hit streak gets me 50 buck certificate. 45 game gets me 100 If I get the highest but not 57, then I win four tix to 2007 All star game, which would be going straigh to Ebay.

Basically, it's this thing on MLB.com. You have to pick one hitter per day and if the hitter gets at least one hit, you're streak is alive. If I am the first person to go 57 days with that streak, I win 100k!

Can't hurt to get another hit for that beat the streak thing!

He hit it right at the guy! It's these types of nights that the Yankees win 6-3. I can just feel it. I'm excited that they are starting already to make quick outs and pitch poorly during a long stretch. Then, they win.
