  1. Well, there will be someone else that comes into the market that unreasonably will be asking for more money than Lavar and Peterson. I'm hating the Seahawks so much right now for the deal they gave Julian.
  2. Definitely new thread. It's always nice, at least from a reader's standpoint, to see a thread with no responses rather than 195.
  3. Dolphins | Team has best offer to Arrington on the table Mon, 10 Apr 2006 18:05:58 -0700 ESPN.com's John Clayton reports the Miami Dolphins have presented the best offer for free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins), but it's not close to the $54 million he's asking for and that's why his visit with the Green Bay Packers could be interesting. Giants | Team does not have an offer to Arrington on the table Mon, 10 Apr 2006 18:03:59 -0700 ESPN.com's John Clayton reports the New York Giants do not have an offer to free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) on the table. The Giants never came close to his asking price, at least seven years, $54 million. The Miami Dolphins have the best offer for Arrington, but it's not close to $54 million and that's why the visit with the Green Bay Packers could be interesting. Packers | Team visits with Arrington Mon, 10 Apr 2006 18:03:36 -0700 ESPN.com's John Clayton reports the Green Bay Packers visited with free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) Monday, April 10. Signing Arrington or free agent CB Charles Woodson (Raiders) may be what QB Brett Favre is looking for before he commits to playing the 2006 season. Arrington left without an offer while the Packers decide what to do. Arrington was excited enough about the visit that he wanted to talk to Favre. If he signs with GB, he gets what he deserves. Not finiancially wise though. He'll get close to what he wants, but also will be on a team that will be out of contention for the next two years or so. I wonder if Lavar knows that...
  4. I'm 6/6 and need Teixera to get a hit tonight...
  5. Fun night guys. Those two and a half hours really flew by.
  6. My god, how many cans of Red Bull did you have tonight?
  7. He told others (none needed to be mentioned) that he was sick of this board. No, this isn't a rumor from Giants 101 either
  8. I'd say, if they do draft a guy like Holmes or Jackson, they are a bit better off. Brown is talented, the potential WR draftee should have a very good upside, and well... I guess Pinkston can be considered a decent third WR.
  9. Well, it really was one missed pick. Exit hasn't been on here for at least a few weeks now and supposedly has left for good. So I really can't consider that a missed pick.
  10. So far, it's gone very smooth. Can anyone answer why the Ravens don't have a third rounder?
  11. Not as bad as 94 as he says but he claims it shouldn't be too long.
  12. Well, I think you and I could both agree that Ted is not the long term answer for NT. This team is still in the rebuilding phase and will play tough but at best be a .500 team especially in that division. However, if Ngata platoons with Washington this year, and begins his development as an all pro NT along with Charlie Frye possibly turning into a very good QB, Cleveland could look good in a couple of years. Obviously the same thing goes for Lawson but I think bringing Washington into the mix affecting whether they take Ngata or not isn't very relevant.
  13. It's a matter of the system with this guy. He obviously is extremely talented but it just depends if he fits in where he was drafted or not. Crenell being the head coach definitely helps that though.
  14. Still think it's a bit early for Lawson though. Could prove to be a good pick but still risky.... especially when Ngata was still on the board.
  15. Wait, I must've missed something... how does Baltimore not have their 3rd rounder this year?
  16. Did you reall expect him to last to #20? Most people here on the boards anyway have man-crushes on him.
  17. Hope I spell this right... I pick DT Haloti Ngata from Oregon
  18. Bulger's arm has been questionable over the past year or so and for all we know he may only have a year or two left. And after that year or two, Jay would be ready to take over. I do think that defense was a major need for St. Louis though.
  19. Please forgive me I removed my clock from the computer to resist temptation of posting time
  20. Money, you should make exit's pick, he's not coming.
