Are you referring to Heilman as a proven MLB pitcher? He hasn't done that much to prove so except pitch a couple very good games. He never really showed me any consistency as a starter. And if Lima doesn't work, then we go to last resorts. We might as well give him a shot. But, if Julio all of a sudden starts to pitch masterfully, then I could see Heilman moving to the rotation.

I like Heath, but he can not easily replace Heilman. And what if Heilman fails in his campaign at starting? That could ruin our whole season if we do that and give up on him after a month, and move him back to the pen. I'd rather just call someone up.

Julio doesn't look half bad Zambrano sucks. We have to cut ties with him, I consider this experiment over. Bring up someone that can pitch. He's done. I've stuck up for him over the past couple of years but he is just horrible. Bring up that Japanese dude, get Lima back, anything! Especially when it looks like Bannister has worse control then Zambrano for now, we can't have two pitchers that wreck our pens in one night. We need a long term reliever also.

I got mixed up, I used 2003 Bledsoe, not 2002. The original mix up with 2003 must've messed with my mind.

Because he didn't have the hype coming out of college and we've never really gotten to see him play. I'm okay with Ward if we need him at some points. He's got decent speed and nice balance. I also think they are more impatient with Ward because they want to see more of Jacobs so if Ward doesn't do good, they want Jacobs to come him.
