I'm not as worried about Corey as others. I think he gradually improved down the stretch and made some nice plays. Even the plays that TDs were put on him, such as the Jurevicious first TD on that jump ball, he was in tremendous position. I foresee good things for him this year.

Who knows? Maybe on third and long, we'll see a 5-2 with Lavar and Pierce at LB and Osi, Strahan, Mathias, Tuck, and Joseph on the line. The only flaw in that is the protection against screens.

And Lavar...and Shockey...and Plax....and Eli...and the next three first round draft choices that they are going to rip... The list goes on and on.

Even though we drafted Moss, I still believe Carter will be the third WR going into the season and Moss will be the fourth. Depending on TC's performance, maybe Moss will be the third WR by the end of the year. It seems to be that small WRs take over a year or two to develop fully.

I guess I see the reasoning of this because Lavar got 3 pro bowls by playing SAM but I think that most cover LBs play that side and as far as I know, Lavar isn't a great cover LB.

That's the main controversy swirling around the picks but it turns out that Moss was the #1 player on the board. So instead of making him a reach pick at 25, we traded down, got our future at DE, and managed to still get Moss in another round.

Wright would definitely be in the area of BPA for EA. I'd be shocked if we passed over him if he's available. Then again, this franchise has surprised me some other times...

It looks like EA already planned out our d-line in a few years. Osi Joseph Coefield Mathias Two of our LBs he has locked up too.

Even though I do agree with the White pick, I do like Chris Brown a lot. I think he could actually carry the load by himself if they didn't take White but at 45, he's too good to pass up on.

The last few years, we have been known to reach a couple of picks. And both times all of us ripped our team for it. First it was Osi in 2003, who we ripped relentlessly, then in 2004 it was Snee in the second, who people also didn't like as soon as we found out it was TC's son in law. Now we're looking at two young and upcoming players and a lot of the fans that criticized those picks are eating shit. Hopefully, the same happens here.
