No one seems to realize that if we trade Milledge to the Marlins, we play him 19 times a year. I don't want that.

I'm pretty sure that if we didn't have this big of a cushion we wouldn't be seeing him. That's good that we are taking advantage of this lead in different ways.

He's hitting fine for his rookie year. .270 is solid but when pitchers started to get word of him he struggled for a few weeks, maybe even a month. Now he may be finally adapting to their changes but it's still pretty early to tell. A third OF is still considered a starter btw.

We can't say that for sure plow. Some scouts have said this kid is at best a third or 4th outfielder on a championship team.
