  1. Haven't you had enough with trying out OFs as 1b?
  2. According to newsday, we re-signed El Duque to a 2 year 6 mill deal. How old is this guy again?
  3. Lewis deserves a larger benefit of doubt. Hufnagel doesn't.
  4. I hate talking prematurely about our OC's future as a coach of the Giants, but if we don't fix things up soon on offense I want him gone. But we'll be fine I believe.
  5. Like I said, so we don't have the same times as the Jets game. It's part of the whole flex scheduling deal made in the offseason.
  6. We won't lost that badly. It's the Titans.
  7. No, that'd be horrible. McKenzie is useless at LT, and he would be dominated by guys such as Ware, Cole, Peppers, etc. Ugh, just bringing about those names gets me nervous. It's time we move towards a more efficient offense. Btw, this is why I was hoping we'd draft Winston Justice. But I guess it was him or Kiwi. And Kiwi has been desperately needed as of late and in the future.
  8. Fuck that, I hate flex scheduling. Even though it's brilliant on NBC's part. They either have to move our game or the Jets game every week for the rest of the year if we are scheduled to have the same time as the Jets. We're probably gonna have the Cowboys game moved to 4, Carolina to 8, and Eagles at 4.
  9. I didn't even bother to watch sportscenter this morning. I never watch them after the Giants lose because it is the same shit every single time.
  10. I thought Tyree had an okay game. It looks like he learned a thing or two with that catch to get us to the 29. He looked pretty weird doing it, but still got it down.
  11. I'll take Weis in a few years. But certainly not now.
  12. Pierce isn't assigned to play 20 yards back dickwad. Our safeties should've closes in there. And considering they didn't really have a fast deep threat that could beat someone down the sidelines, there was no use of having all that safety help towards that section.
  13. I'm not thinking about homefield advantage at this point. I think we'll bounce back strong but after last night, I'd rather not think about homefield advantage, and think about our division future. I'd prefer to play Chicago in their house. I want to play in the cold, and I want to kick their ass in their own house. That'd be very nice if it happened that way. And I agree with blunatic, playing at home hasn't exactly been great for us this year.

    ahem

I was thinking during the game that Jacobs was in Coughlin's doghouse for that 15 yard penalty. But then I saw him on special teams and he had his helmet on all game on the sidelines. I want answers.
  15. It was very tough to watch us last night. All these things were preventable and we had Grossman in the palm of our hand last night. The difference is they made adjustments. They went over the middle more, and we did nothing to cover that. They went to Muhammad a lot over the middle in the second half, that was no coincidence. Just horrible coaching. But keep in mind where we were coming off the bye week. We'll be fine.
  16. Let's give Whitfield more time. It's not as if he was put into the best of situations.
  17. I agree, Coughlin was clearly off his game last night. However, after our first loss since September 24th, it is naive to call for his head. Coughiln knows what he did wrong, and he won't do it again. One thing that has to change is halftime adjustments. That goes for Lewis and Hufnagel too.
  18. The refs were shit tonight but there's no excuse for the way we played.
  19. Like it meant anything. Two games we were loud at this year we lost.
  20. Mickeef, that's a reflection of the coaching too. Equal blame is to be put on them. The only one I saw running was Snee. Feely claims that we run it in practice all the time, I don't believe it.
  21. Blocking sucked guys. Eli had no time, and then when he did he got rattled. HE was erratic all night and he played like shit. I expect a monster game from him this Monday. He's not that bad. And Rivers played the Bengals. Put him against the Bears with the shitty blocking we had and our injury report and he'd do just as bad.
  22. Forecast is looking a lot better for game time. There's gonna be a heavy batch of rain coming down starting around 5 or 6, and hopefully will clear out by game time. I'm feeling a lot more optimistic than I did yesterday. And no, I'm not the weather geek here, my Dad is the one that told me all this.
