yea i would prefer it the other way around. it's always 15 unless you prevent an obvious TD. like the breakaway rule in hockey. -
no, i would not do this. too high a price to pay. besides 1st round WR's are doomed when they come to the giants. . thing here is you have to have the memorable qb first.
