    i agree, CC deserves MVP consideration. (btw, his first choice for next year is the giants). you can make a case for Lidge too for Cy. Really, any of the 4 they pick is deserving and you can't argue.

    actually, i misspoke. it was the first 9 outs recorded. there was a dinger in there somewhere. they said it hadn't been done since sid fernandez of the mets, i forget what year.
