  1. I am inclined to agree with this. But I do think the Cowboys problem is not about talent, it's about coaching and management. Same with the Skins. So I think it's a 2 horse race- one horse being a Philly.
  2. The Bronx - Even the Yankees’ arrogance has its limits. Less than a week after Yankees president Randy Levine blasted MLS commissioner Don Garber for mentioning the empty premium seats at the new Yankee Stadium, the club finally deigned adjust its prices. Those much-discussed $2,500 seats? Now they can be had for half the price. The foul-line seats that used to go for a cool grand? A veritable bargain now at $650. … The Yankees announced they’re reducing the price on more than 40% of their front-row seats and will offer additional free tickets to those who have already bought premium tickets at the original price. Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter said the empty seats had become such a hot topic of media discussion, it was virtually impossible to avoid it. “You noticed it, because everybody was talking about it,” Jeter told MLB.com. “You couldn’t help but to look. But I’m sure if they did (cut prices), they did it for a good reason.”
  3. if'n he likes male relatives, he could go to tennise or alobama or one o dem suthern states
  4. this isn't exactly breaking new ground for a city that's already had piazza and ARod.
  5. text i got from my raider fan buddy: ...if I knew my team was so clueless I should have done yardwork (which I'm doing now) When a team has a plan (like yours love both WRs more than Darius "Stopwatch" Bey), you don't have to watch. Of course if your team is clueless, you don't have to watch Good Weekend T
  6. Congratulations. Last year it was Kansas City, Washington, Dallas and Cleveland.
  7. those games are always wars that could go either way.
  8. good for second in the division if mcnabb holds up
  9. i think the success ratio is pretty much the same across the board on field goals and kickoffs. some guys have good years but they basically reach the same accuracy level. So your return on investment would not be that high.
  10. yea i was going to put an asterik there.
  11. JV huh? Look at these football powerhouses: San Diego State W 29-27 1-0 (0-0) Montana L 30-28 1-1 (0-0) Northwestern State W 52-18 2-1 (0-0) South Dakota W 49-22 3-1 (1-0) South Dakota State W 42-28 4-1 (1-0) Southern Utah W 69-41 5-1 (2-0) Idaho State W 49-10 6-1 (2-0) North Carolina Central W 49-3 7-1 (2-0) UC Davis W 51-28 8-1 (3-0) Wisconsin L 36-35 8-2 (3-0) Weber State L 49-35 8-3 (3-0)
  12. giants fans shouldn't talk about goofy looking QB's

  15. guess no one's watching hockey this year. Tree?
  16. i hope you're right, i would prefer some experience. so would eli and coughlin, i think.
  17. so you are saying would be happy with rookie year smith type numbers from nicks as the #1?
  18. that would be fine with me. it's the# 1 we're debating.
  19. i'm talking about their rookie year making an immediate impact in the lineup. and no, smith isn't a starter.
  20. WR is one of the hardest positions to break in. besides marques colston, i can't recall a rookie WR making a large impact recently. (granted, most went to detroit) -and the giants record drafting WR in the first round is dismal. giants drafting WR in general is dismal. even the ones that had talent, they traded away before they developed.
