respectfully, i remember differently . his giants D was a read/react as opposed to Fox's and spag's more aggressive attack thru the gaps type. i recall we got a lot of INT's with him the first year and then the other teams schemed better against us and we got pushed around. and he was a total jerk as a HC. angry and divisive with the media, FO and players. but i'll give you that he's better than sheridan

I don't see any justification for John Fox taking a demotion to Defensive Coordinator even on the slim chance that he leaves Carolina.

i agree, he's a stud- and that play was unique in the fact that the refs got it right, that touch did not cause him to go down- but it did give him just enough forward inertia to make it harder for him to get his feet out to slide.
