1. So we had a bad heel handing off to a bad knee and 2 bad feet.
2. The difference is that Stra did it after good seasons and always proved he was worth it.

They aren't playing.
4. and you wonder why i don't bet.
5. Tom Cable Staying In Oakland For 2010: by Kevin RobertsRonald ESPN's Adam Schefter has reported that Oakland head coach Tom Cable will be retained, and at least for now , appears set to coach the Raiders for the 2010 season. Despite rumors that team owner Al Davis was pursuing possible candidate for the past week and a half, the Raiders brass appears to have abruptly cut-off their head coaching search and has decided to walk into the next NFLseason with the same head coach that guided the to upset victories over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles
6. I'll take the Jets and the points. 8.5 is too many but I still think the Colts win New Orleans (-3.5) win outright.
7. i think he may keep him. he should, cable gets the guys playing for him. his real problem was at QB and WR, both the direct fault of Al's meddling.
8. I think if the Defense doesn't give up a score on each possession, the Offense can get back to ball control. BUt I haven't heard anything about a contract. I guess Al Davis is holding lot of people up.
9. It's the "Harry Carson Rule" The average player on a below average NYG defense gets in. Besides, it's only if you were picked first does it mean something. And even then, very little.
10. ha- my team's been futile since 1954 and they're 3rd on the list. blue jays won in 93 or 94 right? Joe Carter...
11. speaking of, mrs. sehorn was on "chuck" last week looking in "game shape"
12. I'm sure they'll scout some DR talent when they bring over the big check.
13. the hawaii trip was an incentive for some. i'm sure a lot of guys will be there for the SB, they just don't want to suit up. Can't blame them really.
14. it was nothing really. i'm going to be in the area, my friend got tickets.... oh you mean good for smith.
15. a lot of giants fans feel like you do about him. i feel he's done a decent job. pitching is what that park is built around. power hitters are afraid of coming here now and i think eventually, we'll have to move the fences in a bit to attract the power guy. otherwise, we'll be the braves of this decade. if you look at the rest of the NL west, however, it may take less than 90 wins to take the division. dodgers are mired in a divorce and have 2 pitchers, colorado got weaker, Dbacks may be good, so if we improve 5 games over last year, we take the division.
16. don't cry for me, havana- we'll be in the playoffs this year.
17. in ditto's world, a hairy ass is a sign of toughness.
18. oh, lonely guy.... you started off with a decent point but you mangled it with so much under the surface vitriol and contrived history that the validity just gets overlooked.
19. Buster Posey. Probably, Bengie's a good soldier when he's happy. But, that's what coaches are for. Bochy calls every pitch anyway.
20. well- waddaya know- bengie's coming home. A potential Met target is off the market. Free agent catcher Bengie Molina has agreed to a one-year contract with the Giants, the Daily News has confirmed. Molina will make $4.5 million, according to CBS 5 Sports in San Francisco, which first reported the news.

Read more:http://www.nydailynews.com/blogs/mets/2010/01/molina-a-giant.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+nydnrss%2Fblogs%2Fmets+%28Blogs%2FSurfing+the+Mets%29#ixzz0d6ld8mVh
