  1. That means he makes less and is not as selective. And T, let it go.
  2. the promise not to gain yardage the promise not to contribute on special teams the promise not to run vertical the promise to never get better.
  3. If you draft a great QB, you want to protect him. Not that this has anything to do with the topic of this thread but when I'm building a team, I go QB first.
  4. The Giants Oline this year seems to be made of movable parts. The PSBGT philosophy. (Put Some Big Guy There)
  5. lol, stop disagreeing with me, admit i'm right and i'll go way. you're a riot.
  6. i guess i'm speaking a different language. Perhaps this will help: Lawrence Taylor Sacks by Qb http://www.pro-football-reference.com/blog/?p=2133 Randall Cunningham=14 Jaworski= 11 Lomax=9 Theisman=8 So,as I said in response to Rice had the Rams and Saints, LT had the Eagles.
  7. LT feasted on both teams. That's why jaworski's uni said 567
  8. Yes there's room for improvement still but all the signs are there. He hustles and he doesn't quit. Yesterday, when 24 caught the interception in the end zone, Goff stopped in his tracks and immediately became a blocker. Also, he chased down that fumbled kickoff. Good signs indeed.
  9. Bill Walsh wanted Phil Simms. I think he would've done the job there. Really it was Walsh that was the key element.
  10. That's right all star. objectivity is not something you can have about one QB and not the other. The mere fact that he can't be objective about Eli, mean he's not objective. Maybe we should stat a new thread. TOP 5 MOST OBJECTIVE POSTERS
  11. More impressed with this guy every week. Think he's growing into his position rapidly. He's got a motor that doesn't stop and he's always around the ball. Fifth Round Draft Pick out of Vannderbilt. Not really Linebacker U. Some scout was doing his job. I don't think Goff gets the credit he deserves with the name brand DL but he should.
  12. five shmive eli is an excellent QB- clearly the best ever Giants QB. the little minus he gets in accuracy is more than made up for with his Manning-esque field management, his Montana-esque vision and his Farvre-like cool under pressure. italian shitdog, on the other hand, is a lonely moron. what little intelligence he does show is overshadowed by his hatred for anything giant, his jealousy and his general inability for objective thought.
  13. Did you just see that play? Unbelievable....
  14. i agree, i think they are building something there.
  15. we were talking about LT. he was in the league since '81, googly.
  16. http://the506.com/sports/?p=1220 the whole west except my sliver of heaven.
  17. well it's all opinion anyway. and drafting a team is a whole 'nother argument. i agree montana was a system QB. but i was watching some footage from his super bowls. man that guy had vision and cool . saw john candy in the stands with 1:30 to go down by 4.
  18. LT had the eagles. c'mon man.
  19. east coast bias- if rice played in the nfc east, there'd be no question of his prowess. yes, T he didn't have too many great games against the giants but the giants were pretty good too, if you recall. no one has come around since that's even close.
