  1. Leaving him, and suing for every last dime would be the best thing she can do for herself.
  2. They could have a "breakaway" rule as in hockey where if a player who has a clear path to the end zone gets pulled down, its a spot of foul ( or more) penalty.

  4. haven't heard that in a while.
  5. Lol, and I got a pennant race (with the other Giants) that hopefully takes me deep into October. I've not watched a stitch of pre-season so I can't predict (not that pre-season means a lick) but I don't feel confident after last year.
  6. you can't cover him, you can only hope to contain him.
  7. I didn't think Hillis was bad at all last year.
  8. he doesnt seem to be listening...
  9. we all have our demons, seph. food is an addiction, just like drugs. if you look at how much he gave up, you'd see what a hold it has on him.
  10. When you go to Canton, there's a picture of the Giants heading out to the field for the Super Bowl. Your eyes immediately go to Jarod's massive back.
  11. Giants should get ahead of the curve. Invite the San Antonio Spurs to training camp for a week.
  12. Mets fans gave Hunter Pence a hard time. I'm guessing because he was a Philllie for a while.
  13. That;s the kid that beat the Giants right? He looked strong. Giants don't do well against pitchers they don't know. I guess that speaks to their scouting. But he's looked solid all year, which is impressive considering there are mistakes happening around him.
  14. Yeah, I liked him out of school too, but he never really amounted to much.
  15. Having watched the last 4 games, they still have a ways to go. But the NL East is there for the taking.
  16. it's nice, not sure they had much choice, but they probably would have done this even if they had a choice. Invest wisely, David.
  17. With all the negatives about Fassel, he did bring the Giants out of the stone age on Offense. He taught them how to catch passes downfield consistently, and made the team exciting to watch. In other words, he did what he was hired for.
  18. Wow, there's a pretty high bar of ineptitude that one would need to climb to lay that claim.
