  1. Nice defensive stop again. Peppers seems to finally be putting it all together.
  2. Nice defensive stop. Williams is having a hell of a year.
  3. First big special teams gaffe of the Judge era.
  4. The weird thing about the Skins is that they're coming alive with Alex Smith behind center. Dude's been the best QB on the team but the coaching staff decided to bury him. I get that he's not the future but no reason to rush your young shit QBs onto the field with somebody like Smith on the roster.
  5. I'm stoked that the Cowpokes are losing. Fuck those guys.
  6. This can only be good. I know he didn't put up good numbers but I think the Carter injury was bigger than people realize... he really had a chance to shine with Williams and Lawrence attracting the double teams. Hopefully Ximines can give the pass rush a shot in the arm... if he got another 4 sacks this year I'd be happy.

  8. Honestly, it looks like it was a good move. The o-line improvement correlates with Judge's direct involvement, and even outside coaches are saying the O-line's technique was not very good. I have to admit... small sample size... but I like what I'm seeing with Judge more and more. Tough but fair, not afraid to make changes to better the team, smart, prepared, knows his shit, says the right things in public.
  9. ...but as someone who lets his nerd flag fly, I'd be pretty excited about this one.
  10. Any? I think Bradbury is a lock. Williams and Martinez are also possibilities.
  11. Listen, as a honkie, when I'm hangin' with my honkies we'll all be like, "what up, honkie!" and "all my honkies in the HOUSE!" and it's cool and whatnot but like... I don't know how to say this politely but you... can't really say "honkie." To say "honkie" you kind of have to... BE a honkie, know what I mean?
  12. ESPN saying no fistfight, but Colombo felt threatened by Judge hiring DeGuglielmo as a consultant.
  13. I'm not sure how a physically limited guy with a bad work ethic who spends his time gambling his money away and had a terrible rookie year is going to help much in a COVID-riddled season where team chemistry is finally ascending. Could be just be me though.
  14. I watched the highlights yesterday and focused solely on Gates. Dude was legit destroying people out there. He's starting to look good.
  15. Aldrick Rosas had one really good season, but besides that he sucked and was a dumbass to boot.
  16. Williams actually looks to have been worth it. I think we've gotta give him and Tomlinson both contracts this offseason. Hope we actually can. I think Getty stays if we get to six wins. Cincinatti and Dallas are doable. Not sure where the other one would come from.
  17. Good. Dude's been money in the bank all season.
  18. I missed about 60 percent of the game, but from what I did see: O-line looked solid for the third straight week. Gates is developing into a downright good center. Jones actually went out and won. That Slayton throw was a clutch. No fuck ups was nice. Blake Martinez is legit and deserves Pro Bowl consideration. Bradbury as well. Our D-line is pretty good. Solid vs the run as always but improving vs the pass. We still do need an edge rusher. We might be turning the corner. Let's hope.
  19. Just got in. Saw the Jones TD on the highlights and heard my boy Austin Mack has shown up in a big way but what else did I miss?
  20. I understand and you're probably right, but it would be worth it to my blood pressure to not have to scream "GET ENGRAM OFF THE FUCKING TEAM!" four times each weekend.
  21. Also, we've already picked up his 5th year option. When you draft a "pass-cathing TE" that can neither run block nor pass block, and he leads the league in drops from a TE, he literally has no value. Can't catch, can't block... football is more than having "the measurables" and running fast.
  22. Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm not giving up yet. I was frustrated with Andrew Thomas but I held out hope he would turn it around, and while I wouldn't say he's out of the woods yet, he's playing a lot closer to what I expected when we drafted him over these past few weeks. Only one sack allowed in the past 4 games. I'm hoping Jones can make a similar turnaround but if he's still careless with the ball and slow reading the field by mid-December I think the Giants may have to start coming up with contingency plans.
  23. If by "redeem himself" you mean "lead the league in drops by a TE over the past four seasons... despite only playing three" I agree.
