  1. What is the process for validating? I've invited like, TEN of my RL friends here and none of them have shown up... maybe they're waiting?
  2. That was some awful officiating. What was up with Aaron Ross' one play near the end zone where he separated the receiver from the ball... not only did they NOT call it a fumble, but they originally called it a COMPLETED pass before Coughlin's challenge. JPP, Tuck, and Canty getting mugged on almost every pass play... but no flag. I also saw some definite interference on Nicks that wasn't called.
  3. Earlier in the broadcast we heard about how much Tom Coughlin loves the "power running game" with Brandon Jacobs... as clearly evidenced by his whopping six carries last week. Then we heard how lucky they were to have Aaron Ross at corner. Now we hear about how "big and strong" Sam Bradford is... at 6-3, 220? Does this guy even watch football?
  4. Lombardi. Belichick Gibbs Noll Parcells didn't win dick without Belichick, and is possibly the most overrated coach in history.
  5. I hate Gilbride as much as any other Giant fan, however, this is bullshit. Here's Ryan's "legendary" punch against Kevin Gilbride. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPK3cDl7Ftw Gilbride prolly told Ryan afterwards that if he wanted a kiss he woulda gone to his mother.
  6. Gruden sucks at developing QBs. Plus, you'd have to look at his goofy, tough guy poser face. No thanks.
  7. I had a serious "WTF" moment before I saw your /sarcasm tags.
  8. ...wasn't that guy last seen torching Jason Sehorn in the Super Bowl for a TD?
  9. Poorly written article that lacks basic understanding of arguments and grammar. However, I don't like Gilbride.
  10. They'll still find a spot for Osi, no doubt. He may be a stand-up pass rusher next to JPP, they may slide JPP in to tackle and have Osi play RDE, or they may put him in as a rushing MLB the same way they did occasionally with Spags and the "four aces" package. Osi had two practices and had swelling in his knee... he tried to go... but ultimately decided that coming back healthy for (hopefully) the whole season was a better idea than having something nag him the entire year. I can't say I blame him for that, but the contract dispute was pretty lame.
  11. Oh wait, I got this guy and BadEgg mixed up. At least this guy is somewhat tolerable. My bad. Carry on.
  12. Go ahead, you fucking dummies. Go on, take the bait. You know you want to. Just keep in mind the only reason assholes like this guy are still here is because of morons like you.
  13. Oh yeah, forgot to mention... we have an NFL caliber punter. Would anybody really have felt good during that end zone punt if Matt Fucking Dodge was back there?
  14. Maybe the sky isn't falling. Eli always seems to play well when everyone has counted him out. People are starting to count him out. The O-line hasn't had a chance to jell. In fact, the entire team is rusty since the offseason was so short. Seubert is also still out there if we end up needing an immediate fix at OL when he gets healthy. We should be getting back two starting DEs, and we'll have our first round pick back in three weeks. This team has never quit under Coughlin, no matter how bad things have gotten. Can't say the same for most of the other guys that have been here. JPP looks like an absolute beast and Ballard seems like he may fit in pretty well. Kiwi also had some nice pressures, as did Tollefson. We look to have a good running game if Kevin Killdrive just decides to use them. The Eagles didn't look overly impressive in their win, and Tony Homo now has a case of The Chokes that is going to haunt him all year. :/
  15. Gilbride: Why does he hate running the ball so much? Does your offense have to have a dozen pre-snap reads? Fewell: Why do you get away from what's working for you? I.E. if you're stopping them on third down by blitzing, why do you start using 7 DBs instead? Coughlin: Why can't you fix fundamental problems with your team like holding on to the ball (watch how Nicks holds the ball on his TD, and check out Bradshaw... they're both fumbles waiting to happen) and penalties?
  16. If we keep playing this way we will win 4 games.
  17. JPP looked like a beast, too. Man, that hold on Gaffney's last TD on JPP was absurd... how did that NOT get called?
  18. I have to admit, Ballard looked surprisingly good today, all things considered. He and JPP may have been the only two bright spots.
  19. Lito Sheppard maybe? God, this team was fucking awful. If this is how we do against Rex Grossman and Jabbar Gaffney what happens when we get Dez Bryant and Tony Homo? Mike Vick and DeSean Jackson? If we keep playing this way I think four wins may be a stretch.
  20. We just got torched by a team that will probably finish 6-10... by Rex Grossman and fucking Jabbar Gaffney. GROSSMAN and fucking GAFFNEY. This is gonna be one hell of a long season.
  21. Is getting fucking destroyed... by JABBAR GAFFNEY.
  22. Should have been a penalty on the play, as the Eagles defender clearly impeded Bradford from recovering the fumble.
  23. I KNEW Moss would be back with the team! 100 passes defended and 20 ints this season! Tree owes me a dollar.
  24. ...well, it didn't take him long to start acting like a New York Jet.
