  1. I know, man. I'm just fucking with you.
  2. It really sucks because Beason actually WAS a pretty good linebacker for us last year.
  3. I dunno, Herc. When you say things like this: And then this: And then follow it up with this: But then you say this: Like, "see, he's actually really good, but I'm not saying he's good enough that we should have kept him, and I'm definitely not lamenting that he's gone, but he's really not given the chance to produce in Indy, and its really not fair because he's really, really good." I dunno man, its a little nuanced. It's a little John Kerry-ish. I'm getting a "I voted for the war, before I voted against it." vibe here.
  4. You know how I keep saying, "Giants fans are too married to the players?" This is what I'm talking about. There's a case to be made for Bradshaw... but the Tuck, Nicks, Joseph, etc. whiners are just ridiculous. We have guys on the roster right now that are outperforming those guys; they're not the reason we're 3-4.
  5. The Giants dropped their second straight game. SECOND. Jesus Harold Christ, where do they find these shitty sports writers?
  6. ...something on Jon Beason's body.
  7. They did draft guys in the later rounds... just none of them panned out. In theory you should be able to get at least a decent backup in rounds 4-7 on the O-line, but the guys we got all pretty much sucked or got injured. Reese falls in love two much with the measurables of a guy and not whether or not he can actually play. This year looks to be a little different of a draft philosophy so we'll see how this class pans out... early returns look decent.
  8. Because running backs can't run on two broken feet, he missed 90% of last season, and it'd be a miracle if he played 16 games this year.
  9. Yeah I'm still sticking with 9-7. 8-8 also seems pretty possible, but I think either keeps us out of the playoffs this year for sure. The NFL is pretty beastly this year.
  10. I haven't watched any Raiders games, obviously... I can barely make it through a Giants game these days... but Tuck's stats are identical to Kiwi's this season, and JPP actually has triple the stats of Tuck. On paper we already have two guys that give you that level of production.
  11. Giants are called for a false start and will now face a 1st and 15. Ben McAdoo has issued a statement assuring the fanbase not to worry, because he's got a run dialed up that's sure to net a one yard gain.
  12. After watching every call in the world go Seattle's way the past two years, its nice to finally see the refs fuck the old Seahawks in the ass for a change.
  13. David Nelson was dropped by the Jets. He's not a #1 or #2 but he's been a decent red-zone target during his career, he's huge, and might provide decent veteran depth.
  14. Must be a world-class dickhead.
  15. I think Fewell is the poster boy for mediocre coordinators.
  16. I'm having a hard time coming up with a scenario where we beat the (other) best team in the division when: 1. Our best RB is out. 2. Our best WR is out 3. Our best Corner is out. Will this be another game I turn off after the 1st?
  17. Hakeem Nicks has a whopping 141 yards this season. Didn't ANY of you watch the past two seasons of his play? Dude is done.
  18. I turned the game off after the 1st last week... but honestly, JPP has looked pretty good every time I've seen him play. The sack numbers don't back that up, but he's been getting good pressure and is an absolute beast against the run. Maybe we can re-sign him on the cheap in the offseason.
  19. I'm with you, Joe... but why did you post a picture of Lennox Lewis?
  20. I think Ogletree will start over Washington. I have a funny feeling Washington is this year's Ojomo.
  21. As long as he's not shit-talking, I'm ok with it.
  22. Because when you tell someone, "one more fuckup and you're gone" and they fuck up, they need to be gone.
