  1. Not for nothing too but Evan Neal looked fucking awesome on that drive.
  2. I'm targeting him early in the 5th in my fantasy league.
  3. Let's GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
  4. How does this guy not LOL at these questions? Media sum clowns...
  5. Josh Ezeudu looks like a wasted pick. Dude sucks even worse than I thought.
  6. Might as well have the hindsight draft for this year as well... Giants - Pick 24. Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland. Seph's Pick - Joey Porter Jr, CB, Penn State. I really like Deonte Banks, but like Porter's game just a little bit more. Porter is less athletic, but more physical and seems to win at the release a bit more than Banks. I think Banks will eventually be the better player but Porter strikes me as a better "Day 1" guy. Plus, I love his pedigree and always wanted his dad to come play in New York. Giants Picks: Pick 57. John Michael Schmitz, C, Minnesota. Pick 73 (from LAR via HOU) Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee. Nothing to say about these two, great picks. Giants Pick - 172* Eric Gray, RB, Oklahoma. Seph's Pick: AT Perry, WR, Wake Forest I followed A.T. Perry for a while and can't figure out how he didn't have more draft buzz. Big, strong, and wins at the point of attack, and had a better 40 time then people thought he would. I think Gray will be a nice change-of-pace back and certainly don't hate the pick, but I think Perry will be the better long-term player. Giants Pick - Round 6, Pick 209 (From KC) Trey Hawkins, DB, Old Dominion Seph's pick - Deuce Vaughan, RB, Kansas State Vaughan has amazing, speed, and I had taken him in an early mock. He's a very "boom or bust" type as he's the smallest player ever to enter the league, but I could easily see him having a Darren Sproles-type "do everything" career. I think the Cowboys are going to like him. I thought hard about Dee Winters in this spot (who I also think is going to have a great career) but we need a big play guy for when Saquon inevitably gets hurt. For the record, I think Hawkins is going to be a good one for us and probably the right pick here. He wasn't even on my radar. Giants Pick - Round 7, Pick 243. Jordan Riley, DT, Oregon Seph's pick - Moro Ojomo, DE, Texas Ojomo isn't the type of player to wow you with his moves or quickness, but he has positional versatility and is very strong. He's certainly fast enough but is a bit stiff and doesn't change directions exceptionally well. Still though, stick him on the inside for pass rushing downs and on the outside for running plays and I think you'll have yourself a decent rotational piece. I guess the Eagles will find out. Giants Pick - Round 7, Pick 254* Gervarrius Owens, S, Houston Seph's Pick - Andre Carter, DE, Army Carter was originally projected to be picked in the second or third round, and I can't believe in real life he didn't even get drafted. He's got size, speed, and decent moves, but his bench press in the combine really seemed to hurt him. I think he'll end up as an excellent rotational piece and put up decent numbers as a backup guy for the first few seasons, with the ability to develop into a starter.
  7. Dude looks pretty fucking good on this rep. He's very good at resetting his hands.
  8. If you watch the reps too it's not like they're bad reps either... he's got good hand placement, resets a lot, good feet, etc... but Dex is just so much bigger and stronger. The problem is that our division top to bottom has possibly the best DTs in the entire league. Rook is gonna have to learn quick. I expect a rough season but think he'll eventually be a good starter.
  9. Ol' Mushmouth Skinner does have some good analysis.
  10. Got fucking destroyed by Dex Lawrence in one-on-ones. To be fair though, he does that to everyone.
  11. Jalin Hyatt blowing shit up.
  12. Fucking awesome and a really smart move.
  13. Not just that... I think Barkley will take some of the heat off of our now-competent WR corps, and vice versa. Want to put a safety on Jalin Hyatt deep? Enjoy Saquon on a dig for 15. Your speedy LB playing man on Waller? Saquon in the flat for another 8. Conversely, I suspect play action to be a big part of most game plans this season. Once those LBs and safeties bite we'll finally have receivers that can do some real damage.
  14. Anthony Barr maybe? If we can get him on the vet minimum he might be a capable backup.
  15. A'Shawn Robinson seems to be a very under-the-radar signing that I think is going to help this defense immensely.
  16. It's my understanding that he was offered less guaranteed money, but with much more incentives. I think that is more than fair given his very extensive injury history, and the fact that he's also proven to be ineffective when playing dinged up. Why would the team pay additional guaranteed money compared to two years on a tag without a guarantee that you're getting extra in performance and games played? That just sounds like bad business to me. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
  17. I think the three contracts that were on the table were fair and he should have signed one. We'll see if his gamble pays off.
  18. I'm starting to wonder too if Barkley doesn't trust his own body. It seems like he may be trying to milk this contract for everything he can because he doesn't think he'll be getting another one in three years.
  19. This is the one thing I want to see next year. Kelce fucking owned him in the playoffs. I want Lawrence to have at least one big game against Kelce think season. Fuck that guy.
  20. The North Remembers.
