Honestly if we don't draft somebody this year I'm not sure what we're going to do. At the very least we need a developmental guy to groom for a few years (the guy Webb was supposed to be, and that I doubt Lauletta is). There's a good chance we end up in quarterback hell if we don't get a top-3 pick and/or land Herbert this offseason.

I heard a really interesting point of view on this today. Basically, on this podcast I listen to they said, "Lauletta had this happen twice this week, where he was late for practice both times.
