I'm seeing 6-10. I'm ok with that too. Last season was ridiculously easy and Shurmur the Murmur couldn't muster up 6 wins.

Yeah I remember for a while looking at our draft picks and thinking, "we always hit on the first round but everyone else sucks."

I know we've had this discussion before and yes, his drafts were bad. Also, Tom Couglin kept the worst strength and conditioning coach on the staff for 14 years, and ran players that were injured into the ground. When half of your draft picks have ligament tears and Jerry Palmieri is in charge of getting you back onto the field what do you expect.

With a little polish and good coaching this guy has a chance to be the next Anthony Dable.

That's much better than market value for those guys.

Clowney is much more (non-football) name than player. Look at his entire career and you'll see an injury prone player who's competent but nothing special. Also I have no idea why every time I reply to this thread it puts a Temp quote in there.

My son met Niko Lalos at a few Dartmouth games. He's a really nice kid.

If you trust PFF (and I'm not sure I do when it comes to the lines honestly ) Hill actually graded out as the better player. He had the lot less sacks compared to the year before but most people forget that three came in one game. Williams looked at better via the eye test for sure but I'm not sure it was a night and day difference.

Especially since the draft was two days ago and it's fresh in our minds exactly what we gave up... for a player that right now looks like an overpaid malcontent.

That’s what I mean. Hill makes something like 1.5 million this year and Williams is making 16. Does anyone think Williams is five times the player that Hill is? I'd much rather have Hill and Tomlinson as our starting DTs and have Josh Jones or Zach Baun on the roster... and maybe pick up a Markus Golden or Jadaveon Clowney on a cheap "prove it" deal. This was Gettleman trying to prove he was smarter than everyone.

I dunno... dude looks better than a sixth rounder on tape. Maybe he only ends up as a special teams guy but I can see him as a quality backup. Gotta admit, I'm liking the Giants draft so far.

Looks like another really solid pick. Judge and Getty are calling him a "skinny" 6'7" and saying he's got room to fill out his frame. Tested well at the combine and has top end measurables. With another 20 lbs in an NFL weight room we might have something whenever we decide to let Solder go. Plus, the great thing is with Peart, you just wash... and go.

Dunno... guy looks like a pretty decent guard. Strong and nasty. Some people had him going in the third.
