I didn't watch the game.. I expected the Eagles to win and I really didn't want to go thru that torture. I was in disbelief when I saw the final score... congrats Cards.

Being one of Eli's biggest supporters (mainly because of his character), I do agree that he is not an elite QB.. as much as it pains me to say it. I want him to start throwing bullets.. then when games go bad, I don't want to see that aww shucks look, I wanna see him get mad and take charge.

Why would you dump Clark? The guy seems to always be in the pile.. making stops. Hixon may not be a #1 WR caliber but he's pretty good somewhere down in the depth chart and in kick returns. I love Toomer.. but I think he's lost more than a step. AP is overrated in my opinion. He's a liability.

I will let Reese and the scouts handle that. Right now my first wish is for Gilbride to be shown the fucking door. And for Eli to start learning how to throw more accurate bullets. I'm tired of seeing ducks out there... that's it. Those things can be worked on right now.. before the draft even starts.

You know, I wouldn't be so down if we lost in an honorable way. We were so fucking outcoached and everyone saw that WHILE THE GAME was in progress. We're not talking hindsight here. The Eagles didn't beat us. They couldn't generate any offensive if their lives depeneded on it. And what do we do in the last 2 min of the first half? Prevent defense... Gilbride flat out sucks.. and the eagles are who we thought they were. Ashanti Samshit is one fucking clown too.

Only from the stand point that we kept shooting ourselves in the foot... and only because of terrible play calling.. and Eli tossing out ducks. The Eagles? They had no business being in this game... they only started gaining momentum in that 2 minute drill.. now someone needs to explain why the fuck does ANYONE play prevent defense when all it does it prevents you from winning the god damn game.

Completely agree.. and this is not a case of hindsight being 20/20. We had no business losing this game... period. Gilbride again went to the pass when we didn't need to and ran the ball when we shouldn't have. Eli's first INT was a killer. Wtf is wrong with just throwing it away instead of throwing ducks? 2 40+ yard FGs in this wind? I really really hope the Raiders take Gilbride from us. This was horrific.. We outplayed the eagles in every which way.. till we were put in tough positions. Challenging the spot was stupid. I saw we didn't make it.. so why throw away a time out? And I swear before Aikman pointed out how Hixon couldn't block whoever the fuck who outweighed him by about a ton, I saw it.. I saw Hixon on the ground. It's a damn shame our season had to end this way.. it's a fucking shame.

I don't know what the big fuss is about. Sure, Gilbride hasn't been perfect but Allah's sake last I checked we were 12-3 in games that counted. Sure there were times when I was yelling at the TV for Gilbride to just run the damn ball but again.. we know Gilbride isn't perfect. Just who would you rather have back there? Didn't half of our OLine was sick or injured in one of these losses? Didn't miss Jacobs for a game more two.. and some half games?
