I always miss these things

Gruden tens to pore praise on players... quite a bit of it seems to be scripted though. But I do think he's great.

I thought he slimmed down too... but now I wonder if we're going to get his full effort or just when he's fighting for a roster spot.. or a contract.

Starters have to get back into game form as well which is why I couldn't knock starters playing. What pisses me off is lack of conditioning or TC's harsh style of coaching.

Believe me I'm as furious as you are. I even stopped posting in the game thread last night because I was in complete shock. I have been critical of TCs style of coaching and his decision making and this goes to solidify what I already know.

I do agree on the stupidity of having Weatherspoon out there after T2s injury. I'm a bit on the fence when it comes to having starters play in preseason.. they do need to get in rhythm and being in a game situation gives them that.

Yea I did... There are a few names that are not to be uttered. The mere mention of those names brings back horrible memories. That dude is one of them... the other one shaves the same last name.

Which is why I don't understand why some here have blamed TC for T2's injury. it's a freak accident and it happens. What I get about are the stupid injuries that happen due to lack of conditioning/stretching like pulled quads hammies or groins..

JPP is still learning so no worries there. I agree with Eli's assessment. He seems to be sleep walking thru preseason games. I noticed when he threw the ball with authority his accuracy improved a great deal. I wonder if the coaches are stressing his mechanics because this guy can be great.

I like T2 as much as the next guy but the sky ain't falling.
