I don't know about that.. I read somewhere the boys have the tie breaker on us due to better division record.. and I believe that's the 2nd tie breaker after head to head.

I don't have great football memory like BB25, Jim, and Fish (I got a life )... but I don't think Reese has "neglected" the Oline.. we have had guys in the farm so to speak.. developing... Beaty? Petrus? Guy Whimper didn't pan out? And who would have thought both Richie and O'Hara would suffer career-ending injuries... for that he gets a pass. Fewel should be shown the door.... as a matter of fact I would advocate having excellent assitant coaches who can step in should we feel the need to fire a DC or an OC midseason.. can you imagine have a stud assitant like a Spags type (when he was a LB coach in philly)...

Yes... even if they win the division it's not a statement of how great the team played and more like how the division sucks... what resonates true is this team has a ton of talent on the defensive side of the ball.. at least on paper.. and what comes to mind is Fox and Spags had far less talent to work with and were great... Fewel is (again) in Sheridan/Lewis territory... hands down he has to go... I can never forgive rushing 3 time and again only to give the opponent another first down... the very thought of bending over on defense gets me angry. As far as Reese.. I can't fault him.. who knew O'Hara and Richie would suffer devistating injuries? He went out and got us the best available center in FA... granted Baas seems to be a bit of a bust... at least compared to a healthy O'Hara. And let's not forget we don't exactly have all that cap room.. thanks to the defense eating up a huge chunk.. and not producing.

Yes... even with a medicore LB corp and ONE injured CB (TT) out of the season, this D is vastly underperforming. There's no overestimation of talent... JPP, Osi, Tuck, Canty (overpaid), Boley.. Webster, Rolle, KP are all very very good players.

He's a year older... I'm not mad at Grant.. and I don't think KP either sucks or a superstar... he's a middle of the pack safety. Back to Fewel.. let's not pretend he has this great system and it's on a matter of players "buying" into it... i think the guy is lost out there.. a one trick pony at best.
