I agree, he does look lost. But like stated, he is not a true TE, and he won't be. If they can play him more to his strengths he may be a decent threat, but otherwise, he is a waste of a roster spot.

Exactly, its the same as a deflected pass also being a reception. The point of the tip/no pass interference rule is so a defender can defend a pass that a receiver tips to himself. Once it touches someone else all bets are off.
I'd like to see Will Allen back so I can get another year out of my will allen jersey, provided he is #25. But I actually wouldn't mind seeing him back.
